Dietary Measures to Prevent Hair Loss

  • * Try to take adequate amount of natural meats, fish, and eggs.
  • * Boil one cup of water, add one teaspoon of mustard seeds, cook for five minutes, cool and drink.
  • * Take about two teaspoons of cod liver oil daily.
  • * Increase the intake of fish, as it is said to be good for hairs.
  • * Fresh juices of vegetables like spinach, carrot or capsicum can be taken alternatively.
  • * A hot cup of cinnamon tea with honey can be taken early morning to get marvelous results.
  • * Add fresh fruits, vegetables, soy bean and curd to your diet.
